Due to scheduled construction activities for the 95 Express Lanes/Opitz Boulevard ramp, there will be single-lane closures on the Opitz Boulevard westbound overpass at I-95 in Prince William County from Wednesday, October 2 at 6 AM to Friday, October 4 at 5 PM.
